I locked my keys in my truck at a gas station. This man pulled up while I was trying to stick a coat hanger in my truck to unlock it. He opened my truck in 2 minutes and did not charge me. Great Person who helped me out when I was in a bind.
Dile came and took about 15 minutes to reprogram my key will definitely use his services again not to mentioned he came all the way to mobile from fairhope thanks Dile
I locked myself out right before i was supposed to start working so time was of the essence. I was reluctant to call a locksmith due to bad experiences in the past and i didnt really want to pay an astronomical amount for my blunder but I called and he was here within 20 mins and had the door unlocked within 2 and no where near the price i had in my head. He was very pleasant and professional and honestly should change his name to Super Man because today he saved me and my 3 dogs who eventually woulda tore the house down. IF this happens again i will only call Locks By The Bay and you should too!!!
Exceptionally awesome service. After insurance dropped the ball, contacted him myself. Quick response and even quicker getting my car unlocked. Highly recommend and will use in future if needed!!!
