Cole has done an amazing job of coaching me and my teenage son. He’s created an atmosphere that welcomes all skill levels and makes it fun. I would highly recommend Mazu Muay Thai to anyone.

Cole is a fantastic coach and truly an expert. Whether it’s a private or group session, his attention to detail and ability to communicate is top notch. Beginners and competitive athletes can learn a great deal from him and take their game to the next level. I highly recommend him as the premier striking coach on the gulf coast.

I worked with Cole a few years ago and the training is still top notch. He really takes the time to go over things as well as gives step by step instructions for the most detailed one on one experience. When I first started a career in mixed martial arts I thought every fight usually ends on the ground but also starts standing and Cole gave me the opportunity to learn Muay Thai. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Alabama area looking for a great coach and great guy to work with.
