The owner and her employee are fantastic! The gym is spacious and clean. There's nobody creating discomfort. Plenty of workout machines, free-weights, and a variety of dumbells from 3 lbs to 100 lbs. Several benches. Many cardio machines. Great place. Great value. Great location.
Nice gym. Good membership prices, safe and not too crowded.
Core Fitness is by far one of the best fitness centers in the gulf coast region. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always has a kind word when they see you. Richard, Linda and Dawn are more than happy to answer any questions and to provide that little bit of encouragement to get you through your workout. The equipment at Core Fitness is always clean and in working order and provides more than enough to maintain a solid workout regimen. Core Fitness is the place to accomplish your fitness goals and is highly recommended.
