Check the picture if going to the shipping entrance.nIn and out times are on BOL.nShipping office employees seemed professional and polite.nHowever the place is a little too busy as the loading take a little bit long than anticipated.n1. Try not to come too early or too late for pickup as the place is busy and may have to go to the nearest rest area.n2. Tight spot to make a maneuver for a U-turn (as there are trucks lined up in front of you) or for backing.n3. Once at the dock, be prepared to take few hours (2 to 3) of nap.n4. Before moving out of the dock, check the load weight distribution ratio (can be 34000lbs or more on drive axles and 24000lbs or less on the tandems or vice versa.nSave yourself time and have it fixed before leaving the dock.
There are two different sides. Shipping and receiving. I brought a load here so i went to receiving side. Appt was at 9 on a Saturday. Got here at 8:50. Was the only truck here. I got a door immediately and they started unloading me. Done in 30 mins. They want the tandems slid back while unloading. I would advise to wait until you've backed into your dock and then slide them especially if there are other trucks. Having a shorter wheelbase will make it easier to get backed in.
