I have mixed feelings about this campground. At $200 a night it's 3 stars. If it were significantly less, it's 4. The location is beautiful but the view from my spot was very limited, even though it was only 4 spaces from the water. The stairs to the beach and marina were roped off. They had significant damage to the dock and club house from a hurricane. You can see in the photos the open trenches, etc from repairs ongoing. We did manage to get on the beach the long way around, but it's a bit littered and didn't think we would be allowed to stay for long.nFrom the space, I could see the water while standing at the grill in the outdoor kitchen. Could not sitting. Felt a little claustrophobic with fences around it and rv. We weren't given access to the spaces cabin. There isn't a lot of space outside the kitchen to sitnThe kitchen has a sink (cold water only, the water heater is off), a grill, counters, natural gas, a tv, and seating.nThe office staff were very friendly.nIf price was lower and repairs done, I would come back. I probably would pick a space in the middle instead of outside edge.

Absolutely amazing!! We have been traveling full time over the past year and have never found a class a motor coach resort that has had everything we love all in one place. Cindy Cook the property’s manager was so great in helping us secure a great lot to rent for our stay. We are definitely considering a purchase at this resort to spend the winter months in. LOVE this place, and was sorry to leave..we have treally been spoiled. Thanks again.

This place is awesome!!!! We are planning on going back to soon. We stayed there for several weeks and enjoyed every moment, even after the covid hit we were able to enjoy a little longer because of how it is set up. The property is very well cared for and stays so clean. Plus the staff, other guest, and owners were so thoughtful and kind. We were all truly sad the day we pulled out to head home.

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Absolutely loved it! The neighbors and staff are extremely nice. Park is clean and amenities are very nice. Very dog friendly. Only complaints are that the WiFi was not good and since we work from our RV that definitely caused an issue, and cost was high but would definitely recommend, and will definitely be back.
