Pandion Ridge RV Resort

Beautiful park very well kept! However, Bathrooms were closed at 7pm daily...said due to COVID but really came down to not wanting to have a person available to clean them! Office staff was less than friendly both times I interacted with them.

Great location, close to about everything. The park is amazing and so is the staff. We have already booked our second stay in June. Love it here.

Very nice RV resort. Very clean and mostly everything looks new. The only downside is their bathhouse hours, they are very limited so it's very inconvenient. Bathrooms close at 7pm and don't open until 9 or 10 am!

First let me say, this park is a very nice park with good amenities. However, the park lacks in customer service and the use of those amenities. When we arrived (2-22-21) we were not greeted in the customary fashion. Most parks are friendly and excited to see customers arrive. We were not. In fact, we felt as if it was a bother to the office staff to have to stay till 3pm to check us in. Then we asked if we could pick a spot and were told no, even though there were plenty of spots available. In fact, we met some friends here and they had a spot right next to them that we wanted to stay in. We were told in no uncertain terms that we could not stay in any other spot other than the one they had picked for us. The spot next to our friends had no one in it the entire time we were there. Bummer!nnAs I stated earlier, the amenities are good at this park but the availability of those amenities were not open or convenient. The number one contention for me is that the showers were open in times that was convenient for the ownership but not the patrons. The bath house was not open until 9am and it closed at dark. I don’t know about anyone else, but I generally take showers before 7am and after 10pm the same day. Pandion Ridge did not have trash pick-up. All parks that we have visited with charges in this price point have garbage pick-up. The park is not gated. This is always a concern to us for safety.nnAll in all, the park complex was good with proper hooks-ups, concrete drives and pads, and plenty of amenities to take advantage of. The only issue is, they confined your amenity time to the normal times when people are out and about in Gulf Shores doing activities or at the beach relaxing. It appears the only work that the staff/owners desires to do is work when it’s convenient for them.

Because we live close We were looking for a place for a staycation. We stopped in here to inquire about amenities and reservations. We were mediately greeted by a not so nice person inside. Because we didn't have a mask on she asked us to step outside. We had a mask in her hands available to put on. We asked to use the restroom prior to finding out about reservations and were promptly told restrooms were not available for us. That we should probably go across the street. Just not really how I would anticipate treating someone especially someone local that would like to make reservations. This is absolutely somewhere we will not be returning to. Thank you but no thank you.
