What a great park! Wonderful location right on the bay. Close to the battleship, close to Mobile. Great paved sites for your RV. Nice pier to fish off of or just see the sunset. Dog friendly campsites. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 days on our travels through. What a great park, the spots are spacious and the views are beautiful. The park is well maintained and the staff is extremely friendly. We will definitely be back when we pass through again!

Wonderful boardwalk out into marsh and bay area. Little muddy getting to the boardwalk. Thank you Alabama for the Coastal Birding Trail. Neat site here! Minimal entry fee which allowed restroom use.

This park is a beautiful, clean place to see the sunset and has many walking trails! They allow you to walk with your leashed dog, making the experience even better!! Highly recommend you stop by and enjoy the scenery!

I went camping here. The place is beautiful and clean. And many sites had full hook ups. But there are no fire rings and some sites do not even have a BBQ. They also have those horrible 30 second hand washing buttons in the SHOWER. To top it off there is no temp adjustment and it took 5-6 pushes just to get Luke warm water. I have camped for years and dispute the bathroom being clean this is the worst shower experience in a state park ever. I would rather take a hot shower in a typical state park shower than to have to push the button 15 times just to warm up the water and wash my hair. This would be a nice place for self contained units who are not into a real camping experience Ie: sitting around a campfire. but I do not plan on returning. It also listed it as being 1000+ acre park but it felt more like a large private campground(including RV storage on site Tacky). I would guess that most of the acreage is swampland.nAlso despite have a state mandate on masks in public places none of The 3 state employees in the check in booth were wearing masks as the came right up to me to hand me my paperwork.
