This woman took my review down. So I'm a make it quick. If she doesn't like you. This woman will not be nice to you. She did not give us our papers when we ask. Like the agreement and rules. When we did ask her kindly she told my husband to go up on the roof and clean the clean it. Then wanted to complain after. She watches us like we demons maybe it's because we are a mixed couple. I don't know. One major thing about her is her attitude please be careful she only care about your money.

Great experience and the owner is one of the sweetest ladies ever im staying here with a whole crew helping clean up hurricane debris and we are all very pleased! I also spoke with the owner on some of the negative reviews and why certain people were kicked out she said it was because they were being loud and staying up late partying and she was getting complaints from other campers. Take what you want but from my experience there is no way I can see any reasonable person having any issues with this sweet lady and her comfortable campground.
Absolutely horrible experience! Our business came through to help people with hurricane Sally and used this rv park. We regret it beyond belief... The owner was completely rude the entire time and kicked us out after 2 nights! We paid for a week! She had no power and still wanted to upcharge us. We have a 3 year old and 1 year old. She was absolutely heartless and rude. We would never recommend this place. She threatened us multiple times the day she told us to leave. We were very respectful and polite through the whole process. Just an unbelievable horrible experience.
We have stayed there twice in the past two years. Both times have been very good. Nice quiet park and very helpful owner. Convenient location between I10 and the beach. Close to Pensacola and shopping. Will stay there any time we are in the area
