Aldridge Gardens

Cool place for a stole or to sit and read. My wife & I like to go for a light walk here from time to time. Aldridge also has good community events!nnEach year they host The Taste of Hoover in the fall! If you live in Hoover, this is a must! Local food vendors & drink for a fair price. I’m a foodie, but also a health Dude, and this event has stuff for all! I’ll even cave in a on a sweet or two with my kiddo.nnThis pic is from 5 years ago. Still beautiful as it was then.

Aldridge Gardens hosted the American Legion Post 911's annual Christmas party in 2020. While the attendees wore masks and socially distanced, the party was the most beautiful we have ever had!nWe were able to have a small live music combo, which delighted our guests.nBut the care with which the venue was decorated was superb. Warm, inviting, festive - Christmas-y!nThe staff was caring, attentive, yet not overbearing, kind, and gracious. There aren't enough stars in the Milky Way to give this venue!

Beautiful place to go on a beautiful day like today! We walked around, my nieces played in the water and we fed the HUGE fish and turtles. We had a blast!! Can't wait to go back!

My daughter's wedding was this passed weekend. The Gardens are absolutely magical. She held her ceremony lakeside which gave a most picturesque backdrop. Having the cocktail hour in the museum allowed guests to appreciate another view of the lake and enjoy the art. The reception under the pavilion was dazzling. And Amanda, the best! Professional, helpful and super friendly! Five star for sure!
