Mr. Kemp was amazing to work with. He helped us every step of the way with our adoption on my eldest. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and was so personable. He is an incredible person! If you are in need of assistance with adoption he is your man!

Mr. Kemp helped me start and finish a much needed adoption case. He was very knowledgeable and didn't waste any time. I was able to email, call, or visit to discuss any thoughts, ideas, or feelings I had about the case without feeling like a burden. Having a lawyer you can talk to is key I highly recommend him!!

In the past three years, I have needed Joe Kemp for an array of issues. His results are amazing. Several of my cases have resulted in complete dismissals. I wouldn't use anyone else.
