Justin is by far, one of the best attorneys that I have ever dealt with. He is knowledgeable in multiple practice areas of law, as well as taxes. He does an outstanding job of handling multiple requests, as well as explaining legal-ese to the rest of the world. He accommodates my schedule and even available on the weekends (especially during the tax season). I have been using Justin for my personal taxes and other legal matters for years and will continue to do so! I would definitely recommend Alabama Law Services!

Alabama Law Services saved us!! I would absolutely recommend them to EVERYONE!! My wife and I were more than pleased with their high degree of professionalism, knowledge, and attitude which included an eagerness to serve and compassion for our issue. Our case involving immigration status was methodically and properly handled with office consultations that answered all our questions and feedback through phone calls and emails throughout every step of the process. I had the pleasure of having my taxes done at Alabama Law Services with Justin Smitherman. It was a great experience! Justin was very helpful and explained everything to me about my tax refund. He explored every option with me to get the maximum amount back. I went to someone two years ago and Alabama Law Services was 100 times better this past year. I got a bigger refund than i figured. I will be visiting him again this tax season as a very pleased customer. I recommend Justin to anyone looking for a great tax man!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Justin Smitherman at Alabama Law Services while we were closing on our new house. Throughout the entire process he was a consummate professional and was always available to answer any questions we had. When a problem arose with the house months later that was completely out of his control, he went out of his way to help us get it figured out when really he didn't even have to. Great professional and a good person and I would recommend him to anyone.

We used Justin Smitherman after I was involved in a car accident in Nov of 2016. He arranged a fair and realistic settlement. He was always upfront about everything right from the start. I never had any problem getting in touch with him, and he was always so helpful and answered my questions. He got everything settled much quicker than I expected as well. I would definitely recommend him to others!
