Scheduled an appt for estimate on Friday. He arrived punctuality at 2:00. Looked at the room i wanted paintedn(Basement ceiling and walls) said he would send via email the amount. I waited till Tuesday hadnt heard from him.. So I sent him an email message asking him to follow up or let me know if he was interested in doing the job. Never heard from him after a week waiting. Poor customer service.
My experience with Johnson Brothers was as easy it could be. I bought a new home in May and needed construction done, had multiple contractors on site at any given time, and the guys at Johnson and Brothers were flexible and got the job done quick. They painted my staircase, hallway with high ceilings, and bathroom beautifully and absolutely stress free. Ashley was quick with responding to our inquiry and had the appointment set up in minutes to fit our needs.nnThank you, Johnson’s!
Showed up on time and worked extremely hard. They painted all the trim in our house as well as all the door. Fantastic job and would highly recommend!!
