The best energy I have ever felt in a gym hands down. Tons of equipment and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Way cleaner than any other gym I’ve been to as well.
Wow. Just wow. Going back to planet fitness!nnI went as a guest of a friend and I was not impressed.nnAn employee named I think Johnny, was super unprofessional and wasn’t wearing a mask during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC! He was rude to other staff and clients. As someone who has been in customer service for over 10 years I was appalled. He ignored clients and spoke down to women! This is 2021 for god sakes. Leave the misogyny in the 50’s.nnThe only redeeming employee was a blonde girl (I think her name was Emma or Emily?) she was awesome and I hope she finds a better place to work!nnPlanet fitness here I come!
I worked here from July-October 2020, if any customer saw what was going on behind the scenes of this place it would make them sick to their stomachs. Often times the GM and Owner would short people money on their pay checks and it was up to us on the staff to harass and remind them for days at a time to get the money we worked for. It wasn't just front desk staff either, the personal trainers were shorted even more money and would even be shouldered out of it. Finances aside the environment of continuous disrespect towards the employees was a daily challenge. As a male I did not have to deal with the sexist name calling but i did have to deal with inappropriate conversations about the female members who would come in and work out(From GM).nVery unprofessional, disrespectful and not a good work environment.
The gym is very good. Super clean! Everything you need for working out is available. Even when it’s crowded, I still can get the workout done. Friendly staff. And 24 hours.
Well equipped and a shiny new facility.nI didn't see many cleaning stations. Odd showers don't have soap or shelves. Good prices for memberships though!!!
