I had a membership at Calera Snap Fitness for probably about a year. Management is very poor at communicating, taking care of equipment, and canceling your membership when requested. I canceled my membership in May of 2020 and still got billed for June, July, and August. I had to put a stop payment on my account and they changed their merchant name so they could start billing me again. I am not the only one this was done to. Since my email in May I was also contacted two other times about my membership and needing payment. I reiterated that my account should already be canceled and they proceeded to tell me it is now canceled but do not mention a word about my refund.

This gym is horrible. If I could give it negative stars I would. Initially I had to drop by several times for someone to be there for me to join. I should have known then that this was a terrible establishment. I've been trying to cancel my membership since March and yet I can't get in contact with anyone to do that. I've called and left voicemails and even emailed with no response. I'm simply fed up. On top of that half the machines didn't work and the cable was off half the time. Don't waste your time or money here.

Purchased membership online. Have not been able to get into the gym once. Door is locked. Apparently the water has been cut off, the staff has all quit, the phone doesn’t work, and the owner has been AWOL for months. I’ve paid for a membership and am literally unable to use it or cancel it. Going to charge back the original payment and block any future payments.

The WORST membership you will EVER subscribe to . This is highway robbery and for many reason . The employees were rude on the first day I went to get my membership. Also I've been stuck with a membership that I've been trying to cancel for more than a year now. I have attempted EVERYTHING to try and get in contact with them to cancel it. I have left countless voicemails with all my contact information and I have not been contacted at all. I have went in person and no one was even there. The point is they take your money and avoid you at ALL costs from trying to get it cancelled. Its not just me that had this issue but two other friends as well. I highly do not recommend this gym at all . Any other gym is wayyyyy better then this. Save your money and save yourself some headaches and look somewhere else.

My husband and I moved here from Nashville a couple months ago. We wanted to join this location. We’ve stopped by several times and can’t get in. I’ve called a half dozen times and no response. I guess I’ll find a YMCA or Planet Fitness.
