Shelby County Water Services

Would be lower if I could. Do not do auto-payment with them. They are thieves. I requested a stop service when leaving a rental property and they did not stop until days later so I was charged for the water the landlords used. Plus I was double-billed $35.91 for 2 months in a row in addition to my last bill of $31.76. They debited my checking account even though I revoked their authorization to access my account. Waited 3 weeks for a supervisor to return multiple voice messages.

Always been very nice to me and have been easy to do business with.

Last night we noticed our water pressure was very low. I called the Water Services office at 7:05 am this morning. They were here before 8:30am . Had the problem diagnosed and corrected by 9:00am. No charge.nCan't get better service than that.

I went to get water cut on in my newly purchased home, paid the service fees, was told I’d have water my 11am. I get home from work at 5pm today and guess what? No water. Nothing. Called the emergency services number and they all gave me the same run-around (you’ll have to wait until they open tomorrow). They can come flush my toilets when I can’t flush them as of yesterday and today.
