I'm giving them 4 stars even though the first set of keys didn't work. They didn't give up and were very helpful. I saved some money because their price was cheaper to.

My wife had locked her keys in her car over 1.5 hrs away from home. I called and they asked me where she was. I told them Albertville High School. I was than quotes a price of $60, and I thought that was a good price, so I called my wife and told her to tell them where exactly she was at the school. When she called them, they told her it would be $80, due to it raining. It had been raining when I called the first time. So she called me and told me that, so I decided to call back and ask why the price changed. They said because the original person that answered was the owner and he was in Florida and didn't know that it was raining. Why make a quote when the weather changes the quote and you are out of town and have no idea what the weather is like? I believe they increased the price because they found out it was a woman that needed help and they thought they could get some extra money out of it. I would just recommend anyone to use this company. We ended up using them because we didn't have a choice. They do the job but still charged an extra $20.
