My brother had a couple of very simple, but time-sensitive transactions. Left paperwork in February and never heard back. Started trying to call in May and could not get anyone to answer The answering machine was full so you can’t leave a message either. At end of May/beginning of June finally got Lynn on phone and explained urgency due to timeline. She said she’d call me back that day. Two weeks later I finally got her on phone again and she said the paperwork was still on Mark’s desk. I explained I needed to pickup so I could get to another firm. When my brother went to pick it up, she said they usually require a fee to be paid (even though Mark had suggested payment wait until all was done). Could’ve been told that numerous times over the past 5 months and would not have been a problem at all. Not incumbent upon the client to know this. It was just a poor attempt at a red herring anyway. A friend at a local bank said they have had to foreclose on individuals before because Mark was supposedly handling their case and had been negligent in following through with getting everything filed. I’ve never seen such a poorly run business, and I can’t imagine he can stay afloat very long. The other one-star reviews are truly representative of our encounter also.

Attorney Mark Johnson is an amazing person. He was willing to listen carefully and go the extra mile to help me. I felt like he really cared. He answered all my questions and gave me some great legal advice. I highly recommend him.

Simple case turned into 2 yrs. could not get Mark to finish the case. I had to hire a new attorney. I now have a judgement against him where he was ordered by a Judge to repay new attorney fees and refilling fees.

Paid for him to file bankruptcy due to the potential of my wages being garnished.nDespite him saying my bankruptcy was filed, my wages were still garnished and after two years I had to hire another lawyer
