Love this gym. Staff is very helpful. Would definitely recommend Benders if looking for a gym.

Always clean and easy access to equipment. Showers have plenty of hot water and pressure. Only drawback is water jet chairs not working and tanning bed bulbs 30% out. Overall one of the best gyms in Jackson county in my opinion.

Matrix Equipment. Helpful staff. Three Rogue squat stands (not cages). Plenty of barbells and Dumbbells up to 120lbs, and a football bar. Leg press & V-squat, but no hack squat or belt squat. Seated leg curl, but no laying leg curl, but does have two GHRs. No ab machines. No lateral delt machine, but does have a nice pec deck / rear delt machine. There's one 90° (vertical) smith machine.nnTwo cable towers, one stand alone dual-cable unit. Various cardio equipment. Plenty of benches (2 flat, 1 each incline, decline, seated-military). Plenty of equipment for just about everything.nn9/10 overall, not perfect but realize that absolutely no place is. They have a standing and a laying tanning booth, too. Pretty damned clean place. They say it gets crowded around 5pm.

It's the gym I use and it's open 24/7 I love it family plan for $54 a month, hydro massage chairs and standing and lay down tanning bed for my wife? Yes sir!! 5 stars and the staff make it even better!!

I really can't say enough good things about this place. First, the staff is incredibly friendly. Second, if you are going to lift they have everything you need. Could use a few more squat racks but you usually don't have to wait so it's not an issue. These people worked so great with me while I was visiting for the month from out of town. I recommend anyone looking for a great gym to check them out. Especially if you are traveling and need to get in a good workout while on the road. I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.
