Complete total body workout equipment. Nothing is lacking. If you are serious about training it’s the only gym around worth going to.

This is an excellent gym. I have worked out here for six years and have had a great experience with every visit. Kramer is very knowledgeable and always willing to share his knowledge about fitness. It is a very inviting place with a friendly atmosphere, plus it is a great gym for people with back injuries because he has a belt squat machine and other machines that allow you to work out without putting all of the strain on your back. Overall, this is an awesome gym that i would recommend to anybody!

I have been to many gyms and Kramer’s Gym is by far the best I have yet to visit or to be a member of!! You couldn’t ask for a better experience when it comes to training, dieting and personal motivation while being treated like family! I highly recommend everyone to stop in and give Kramer’s Gym a chance!! You won’t be disappointed!!!
