I love it. It is family friendly. They have great trainers that slow down and work with you to make sure you are actually learning what they teach and the people training with you are laid back and friendly plus the first class is free so you can get a feel for it to find out if it is something that is for you or not before you put your money into it. I would suggest this gym to anyone who would like to give mma or self defense a try.

Love this gym, amazing coaches, amazing fighters, all around hands down one of my favorite places to be. A lot of experienced and talented fighters, got tremendous respect for the coaches great guys!
