A little crowded with cardio equipment but not people. Pleasant place to workout.

I utilize this gym when I come to visit my mom. They offer a daily or weekly fee. It’s an old school setup and I love it. Owner is very accommodating and the 24 hr access is great.

First off...The best thing, they require NO CONTRACT!nIt has a small gym feel to it but is actually larger than it appears. There are 2 levels. Upstairs has about 90% of the workout equipment. Downstairs has a few machines and plenty of space for classes, yoga etc. Great for men and women!

I stumbled on the Downtown Gym while visiting the Guntersville area. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. I enjoyed the yoga classes. The yogis were friendly and made me feel very welcome. The instructors were supportive and taught yoga styles that were appropriate for all skill levels. I didn’t use the other parts of the gym, but there is a wide variety of equipment options. I look forward to my next visit.
