I filed a complaint on Bus #13 yesterday evening on how the bus driver refused to listen to my child explain that I was picking him up at a different bus stop. While he was on the phone with me I could hear the bus driver yelling at all the other kids while my son was trying to speak to him. He told my son to just sit down and get off your phone. I needed directions to his next bus stop to pick him up at. The bus driver apparently did hear my son and started to antagonizing my son at the next stop saying " so where is your mom I don't see her". He made my son so frustrated he started crying. This kind of hostile environment this bus driver is creating for my son is unacceptable. So this morning due to my complaint the bus driver has banned cell phone use on his bus. Is this for safety reason's or so that the parents don't accidentally hear the way bus drivers treat the kids. Bus drivers write up the kid for being disrespectful when they are disrespectful themselves.

I have not had to even contact this bus company for the three years my children have gone to school here in Las Cruces but today was an eye opener on how they should not do business. Both of my children have medical conditions and I felt fortunate that the bus stops were not far from my house and I have not needed any special assistance. Well the last few days the stops have been moved and I was told it's the proper stops. I asked what I need to do for my daughter who has lung disease about going back to where it has been for as long as we have used it? I spoke to an employee named "Alex" and was told they do not "cater" to conditions and I would have to figure it out. I was shocked on the amount of disrespect I was shown. Yes I told him that I would like a supervisor to contact me on how he feels about how he speaks to customers. I have yet to hear anything.

Children are not safe with these drivers, especially bus #5. Driver does nothing to stop assault and harassment, except support the bully and write up the victim. The so-called "safety officer" lies and denies any knowledge of the bullying, when I know it was him I spoke with before. They are not even accountable for their own drivers, who will stop the bus to SCREAM at elementary school aged children.

I’ve been waiting for more than 3 weeks to confirm my sons pick up address. I’ve been told paperwork “is still at central office,” which is a lie because I personally called and was informed they review the same emails. Fortunately, I’m able to drive him myself otherwise he would’ve already missed 3 weeks of school. Hopefully, they can upgrade their staff and/or technology. Transportation is very much appreciated, however, the service is NOT!

Usually try not to have a problem with this bus company...but I spent about eight years living here listening for air brakes to know the bus is there for my deaf daughter. I didn't think they took the time to honk...til today...for someone else...great job treating everyone equally.
