Affordable rent, and deposits on decent trailers. Previously maintenance was neglected on most trailers, but they're making an effort to correct that recently. Also they've done a good job of fixing most of the pot holes that were on roads. Was told by previous residents to expect a high crime rate but, I haven't experienced that at all in almost 3 years. Managers tone may seem rude at times, however shes actually understanding and willing to work with you in most situations. The owner normally picks up children with his Church's van for church services Sunday and Wednesday. All in all it's not a bad place to live, probably half or more of the residents are families with children.

Roadways Need improvement badly. Trailers seem to be a little outdated, but livable.

Was looking for a mobile home to rent ,but, the trailer park is in awful shape, road is full of potholes, and I wouldn't feel safe.
