Needed an overnight stay on my way to Gatlinburg. Got there after dark but, Rick was waiting with a light to guide us in. Wife said I love him already. Very helpful and let me fill my tank with water before the 18 degree weather set.

I went to the campground to get my propane tank filled. I had heard they did that. It took under 5 minutes and the owner was very very nice! Customer service, you gotta love it! Price was great! He gave me a little insight. Those tanks for grills are 20 lbs but they only have 15 lbs in the places you swap your tank at. He fills them to 20 lbs! Go fill your tanks at Parnells folks!

We had a nice time at the Parnell Creek RV Park. Our daughter was in space camp and this park is about 20 mins away. The lady who runs it is very nice and accommodating. The sites are nice, a lot of them are pull through. There is a fenced dog run. The pool is wonderful, clean and refreshing in the AL heat. We hope to come back another time.
