Perfect community of full timers. The owners live and operate from the grounds and are awesome people.
Very nice place. Easily seen from the highway. Very neat and clean.
I start by saying that we didn't spend time there and I didn't ask the price up front.nnWe spent the night at cathedral caverns and then the lake. On our way home we stopped by to see if there was a dump station that we could use. The lady was very nice and said that they don't have a public dump station but for a small fee we can dump our tanks up front. After dumping the tanks I ask her how much and her response was $40. I couldn't believe that I heard her right, so I asked her again...$40!!!? She responded with yes, where else are you going to dump your tanks.nnI'm sorry but stay away from this place if they are going to charge an insane amount for dumping tanks. Thanks for the outstanding service!!!!
Really great community and friendly fellow campers, fulltiming it here and its been so awesome!
The owners are amazing, the prices are reasonable and the residents are nice and quiet. The lake and water is across the street, fishing is fun and the pool is nice on a hot summer day! Chris and Penny, the owners take care of the park and know you by name. Highly recommend!
