Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

Stopping in columbus to visit relatives my F150 4x4 started making a loud scraping noise when we were leaving. Only three places open on Saturday there, so I elected Express over the other two. We're they busy -- YES. But they got me in about 2:00 p.m. found out a wheel bearing was at fault along with some cracked vacume lines associated with the 4x4 bearing by 5:00. EXCELLENT service by two top notch mechanics, and the Manager and assistant manager were great and very friendly and informative. Made me feel like I was at my repair shop back home in Okla.nI highly recommend this location especially to someone from out of town. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cant say enough good things about this team of professionals! Jason, Aaron, and the other mechanics recently replaced the rear axle in my one ton daily driver after the bearings failed and welded to the axle.nThe job took weeks due to the rarity of the replacement but their customer service and professional work is second to none!nThank you guys!! When I asked about wearing on the outside of my tires they dismissed it and just did a rotation. I continued doing rotations as necessary and my tires continued to wear on the outside only of the front tires. When I finally got to the point where my tires just were obviously getting worse I went to get an alignment and they told me they couldn't do an alignment or rotation or anything because of the wear on my tires. All they wanted to do is convince me to buy new tires. When it should've been an alignment all along. Went to another place and they had no issue doing an alignment. Lesson learned. Never trusting this place or going there again.

Had tires installed there. Went back some time later because the Tire Pressure Monitoring System light wouldn’t go off. I put the correct pressure (or close to it) On all four tires and it still stayed on. I was told it was probably the battery on the sensor within the tire. After a little while the gentleman came back and said it was the front passenger side. Well, I was going on a long trip so I told them I needed it fixed. I was told it’ll cost $120 and that it’ll take 20 minutes. Gentleman comes back about 20 minutes later and said it was done. I asked what the total was with tax and he said “no charge”. He said whomever put the tire on accidentally broke the sensor. Talk about honesty!! I definitely recommend these guys!!!!
