I usually go and watch my friends play basketball to relax from school, and one of the workers rudely comes in cursing everyone out because it was 9:58 and closing time was 10:00. I come to stark on daily, and usually, someone comes and gives everyone a 5 min warning. However, this young man comes in yelling and dropping f bombs. He says things like “I’m tired of these lil ahh kids” and “Y’all need to get the f out”, and I feel that if he doesn’t like his job, then he probably shouldn’t work there. I understand that we were a little late, but things could have been said in a much more respectful and nicer tone and manner. Yet, this is my experience.
Friendly staff, they always make my six year old daughter smile! We swim almost every day in the summer. Day passes have recently gone up in price though, so if you aren't a member it has gotten pricey.
Very nice venue. We were there for a basketball tournament and the facility was clean and well maintained.
This is a really nice place to come and relax, play games, swim, study and/or do homework, meet new people, and get a good work out in. I highly recommend everyone to come check it out.
Tons of workout equipment and other activities available. Staff members are students of the university. There are two squash courts and a natatorium on the first floor, and basketball courts upstairs along with aerobics rooms that house things like yoga and pilates.
