Extremely rude atmosphere. Let friends get waited on before others were already there Employee was extremely rude and lied to me. I verified the lie. She was extremely uneducated when it comes to banking knowledge.She hollared at me, causing everyone to look. She told me that she was refusing waiting on me. I have stag4 cancer. I was crying. She made fun of me by mocking me. She told me I needed to consider another bank. When I first came up there, I explained I needed to make a deposit, she never acknowledged me. She said she would have to verify check. She preceded to wait on everyone behind me, never calling bank. This has also been verified. She finally calls and says I have an official checkfor x amount of dollars. They told her it was a bad check. She failed to tell them it was a check from a local credit union. I had to call the bank she was trying to verify with and explain. The branch manager at the bank she called to verify with called her back several time and according to him she was very rude to him as well.She has no business working with the public. This was in Amory Ms. I was there for 2 hours trying to make a deposit.
This company is a rip off! They fraudulently held my employees check that we wrote for payroll for 14 business days claiming our business isn't recognized.
