Expensive service. Incompetent service, took 1 hour and 45 minutes to depart the office. Taxes were filed incorrectly, will have to get an amendment.

I went in the first time and the lady was really slow about putting in information then informed me that I had to pay both states and wasn't getting anything back from either state which I told her it was incorrect. had to keep correcting her while she she was putting in information so i left got a call back from Manger which fixed it not happy about making 2 trips
