I had a great experience with Buford’s. JD (I think his name was) was quick and efficient. He also did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process of ordering me a new key fob and coming to my house to program it. Additionally, he came in UNDER budget! That’s never happened to me with a locksmith before. Very impressed!
My experience with Buford has always been a pleasant one. They are professional and helpful with timely advice and repairs that you don't have too return for them to get it right. They get it right the first time...
Used this company to replace a front door knob. Technician was great but walked off with my extra key and told me to pick it up at the office. Showed up to the office, but I was two minutes late. Woman came out with an attitude telling me they were closed, yelled at me about not having paid when I paid yesterday, and the technician had the key in his van, so both our times were wasted, even though I paid for the service and the technician had my key. I will spend the $5 to have my own copy made just not to deal with this place again.
Got us back up and running with access to our tools in 15 minutes! These people are amazing
