This is the best strength focused gym, there's plenty of equipment for anyone who wants to come in to get stronger, or just get in a little bit better shape.nnI was lucky enough to stumble on the place about 6 months ago and haven't had to look back. I came in and met Jessie, who runs the place, and loved it immediately, I'm the strongest I've ever been and it's due mainly to the support this place helps give.nnJessie help with my nutrition and programming and all the members here help me keep on track, help me make sure my form is good, and that we're lifting safely.nnNo matter your fitness goals, I beg you to give this place a try, Jessie is the best and the WABC is the best gym I've ever joined.

West Alabama Barbell Club is for the serious minded individual that want to improve, continue progress or just do something different kind of place. They train hard and give 100%. My club, My gym is here with West Alabama and Jesse Lindsey.
