They need to be a little more accommodating. We wanted just a little bit of hot fudge but they wouldn't do it. They can be slightly on the rude side at times. They also need to bring back the Tropical Sprite. Please?
Some of the workers can be rude sometimes or make fun of you for what you get but the workers i got today (2/28/21) were the sweetest people ever. They didn’t get a single thing on our order wrong
They messed up our order. So we went back with the reciept and the manager Ashley told me I was lying even though I handed her the reciept. The grill cook came up front and told her that I was right and had to show her on the receipt where my order was messed up and then she said oh well you were right. The back dt cashier was very rude!!! Definitely the WORST customer service we have ever had from here.
The drive thru line is long but the service is fast
SORRY SORRY SORRY the bread on our sandwiches was HARD been sitting under the warmer to long you couldn't bite the bread then they forgot part of our order lobby was closed so then we had to go back through the drive through get the rest of our order Winfield Alabama McDonald's has gotten SORRY maybe the store needs better management or to retain the employees to double check customers orders before handing them out the window the customers are the ones that pay your employees their checksnGet to gether Winfield Alabama McDonald's
