I have been a member since the grand opening ten years ago. Coach Sam Bluster has years of professional experience as a boxer and is a phenomenal coach. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in true old school boxing, whether that is for completion or the training aspect. The gym has produced several state champions since it's opening.
Great place if you want to learn boxing skills, even if you don't want to fight professionally it's an amazing experience. Nice environment I lost 5lbs in one week working out on the speed bags and jump ropes. I Highly recommend this boxing gym :)
Sam does an amazing job teaching not only boxing skills, but life lessons and discipline as part of his program. Great exercise and practical self defense for any age
