99% of the time my order is spot on. Its ready when I get there. It's fresh out of the oven. Personnel is always friendly. I recommend Dominoes over any other place in Alex. City!

The quality and the service of this specific location was extremely unsatisfactory. The employees do not know how to act professionally and the manager does not know how to manage issues as well. My boyfriend ordered pizza and instead of carryout like he wanted, a driver took it out on delivery when IT WASN'T MEANT TO BE. The specific employee which took his payment told him the food will be a minute and made him wait 30 minutes in the lobby KNOWING the food was never there. The employee lied to my boyfriend so he wouldn't ask for a refund. My boyfriend was running late for work and called the manager of the store and he said to wait 20 more minutes and they will make it fresh and correct. He didn't have the time to wait so his brother went to pick it up and dropped it off half an hour later. The pizza was COLD AF and was completely wrong. Now my boyfriend is left starving and his brother because he was too caught up in this issue.nHow are you even going to still keep that employee without reprimanding him. I am a manager in a fast food restaurant, and I know this is NOT the way to deal with these sort of issues.

Horrible service get ready to have your order cancelled due to no driver and when you do receive a pizza if your lucky it's never up to standard. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE.

This place is an absolute joke! I placed an order at 7:05 pm, tried calling numerous times with no answer. I finally decide to go to the establishment at 8:36 expecting them to be short staffed (it’s happened before) only to find there are SIX people laughing, joking, and having a good ol time. Told me they were just about to deliver my order and did I not talk while I was at work. I had to explain to this “manager” that yes you can do those things if the job is done. He told me he was working and that’s where I had to stop him and inform him that the phone had been ringing for at least 4 minutes while again, SIX people were standing doing absolutely NOTHING
