I ordered and paid for 200 chicken fingers a week ago and was assured that they would be ready at 10:30. It is now 10:52 and still don’t have my fingersud83dude21! They are for an event that starts @11:00. I called 2 days ago to confirm and was again assured they would be ready @ 10:30. When I got here at 10:30, I was told 5 minutes - it’s now been 25!

The managers have attitudes!!! This place is a redlight district for bad people and even worse service. Kayla Kitchens and Lamanda Simmons are by far the worst people to be in charge at this establishment! They are rude and I will never go back to zaxbys here in Alexander city Al
4 minutes in the drive thru. Super fast. Plus my order was hot and it was all there. Awesome
