I have used this bank prior to it becoming Wells Fargo. At least 30 years.nHad the worst experience ever today.nTried to cash a check / and deposit a check with valid license and account number.nDrive through teller would not do either because my account was in my user name / not my birth name. Even with account number and Drivers License.nRegions Bank has been a casual bank to use periodically, It will now be my primary bank.nThis location will become another of many Wells Fargo's closing.nThis is not just a teller issue / it is a management issue

This bank has been declining in service for a long time. No transaction is easy. They make it difficult for you to cash checks. It’s even worst when you go in and want to take a large amount from your owe account. The staff is not polite at all. Glad we are cutting our ties with them. We have been at this location since it was South Trust.

Love this branch. Prefer this one over any in alabama we have been to. Very friendly, knows customers by name. Would recommend to anyone.

Call the bank , introduced myself, indicated that I had a checking account with the bank and was interested in a small loan $5000+ for twelve months. Girl said well we would have to run a credit check and interest would be between 9.9% and 22%. You would think that they might would check to see how much money I had in their bank, what my current credit rating was (they provide this monthly to me) and even see what they could do to make this a painless procedure?? No, cut and dried!! Will be moving my account to another bank as soon as I can.

Tried to deposit cash into my wife's checking account . Teller informed me she could not take a cash deposit because I didn't have her id. It's funny that the ATM didn't complain about the same cash. Just another reason why I changed banks.
