The lady was rude and gave someone my appt time who did not have an appt after I had shown up 30 mins early and told her I was there waiting and would do a little shopping til she was done w the two people who were there before me (that did not include the lady she gave my appt to). I was back there 5 mins before my appt time and just bc that lady sat down before me was the reason she let her go ahead even though she told me I was next and to wait. I believe my skin was not the right color in this situation...
