Didn't know it was even in town. But we saw the sign and decided to stop. We were pleasantly surprised how nice of a quick hike this was. Very neat nature experiences that even kept a 6 year old entertained the whole time. We will definitely go back!!
Nice quiet trail hidden in opelika with blinds to observe wildlife. Nice little water hole to play in.
I like this little park. It's quiet, the trail around the pond is easy to navigate. The blinds on the pond are a great place to sit, watch and photograph the water fowl and birds. The early morning seems to be the most active.
Gorgeous, easy little path with great views. Short, not too muddy, pretty flat, not too many different paths so it is not confusing at all. Lots of birds by the pond!
Really pretty walk. The only thing is you get downwind of the pond and it smells pretty foul.
