Every time I go to tan the tanning rooms are way too hot. I've explained they should check back there to see if they members leave the doors open to help cool down the rooms and beds and booths. I know it's the same owner for the planet fitness in Columbus and they send employees to clean the tanning bed before they get in. I clean it when I get out and before I get in but the one in Phenix City employees could care less about those tanning beds and booths. I've had to clean the bed before getting in several times because bed wasn't cleaned after use. I've also had to pick up paper towels and those disposable eye protectors several times. I understand they can't leave behind the counter unless someone is there with them but I feel the beds and booths are out of sight out of mind. But they are all friendly.

The manager is awesome! He's always greeting the members, walking the areas cleaning, picking up items etc. All staff members are friendly and can also be seen wiping down equipment a d cleaning the facility. The precautions they're taking makes me feel safe working out in the fitness center during this COVID-19 pandemic. Great place and atmosphere and I highly recommend the fitness center.

First time here and it was packed so didn't stay too long. Social distancing here is well done. Every other piece of equipment is off to provide space. Cleaning bottles and napkins are there to clean each machine after each use. Other gym goers are doing their part as far as cleanliness and distancing. Great variety of equipment and friendly staff. They are very much against showoffs and judgement. People can feel comfortable here

One of the best planet fitnesses around the Georgia and Alabama area. Their tanning beds are all top of the line, as well as their hydro beds! Gym equipment is cleaned often and new. They have some of the best staff and fitness trainers I’ve seen in a while. They also follow safety procedures very well.
