Donna Pierce is the most professional and easy going person to work with! I didn't know what to expect when I walked into my appointment with her; however, I was blown away by how simple she made this process go. I always had a headache every year when I filed my taxes, but Donna eliminated that and I had my taxes done within 15 minutes! Highly recommend anyone who is looking to get their taxes filed with no hassle.

I normally do my taxes myself but for some reason this year I was having a terrible time. Donna was beyond helpful and was able to get me in last minute. She is absolutely amazing! I will definitely be back year after year. Thanks Donna!

Donna at the Erlanger location is a wonderful tax prep for Jackson Hewitt she gets you in and out. I’ve been doing business for a long while now she and I would agree and pretty sure a lot of others would agree that she deserves a bonus, extra time off. Every time I come into do my taxes with her she is the only one in the office making sure she gets everyone waiting finished as fast as possible. I see she loves her job and being able to make her costumers feel comfortable. A VERY AWESOME WOMAN! That I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.
