We called for a quote for preparing our taxes and when we went to pick up our forms our fee was double what was quoted. When I tried asking why the much higher fee for preparing our taxes than what was quoted we weren’t given a clear answer. All the while we are standing in front of their banner that says “transparent pricing.” Not transparent for us. Never again will I use H & R Block.

It has become too expensive. Every year the cost seems to have gone up for the same style of return. I cannot justify spending 200 dollars.

I needed to file 2018 and 2019 taxes. I couldn't make my appointment in person so we did a phone , My tax advisor Shelley was amazing!!! I uploaded my documents and she took it from there.

My Taxes were rejected and sat on for 2 1/2 months by a prior representative!!!
