I gave info for direct deposit and they didn’t set it up. Been waiting weeks for it to hit my bank account and have called and told them I’m waiting for my direct deposit. They never said anything about it not being set up. And I thought it was set up, since I told them I wanted that and gave them all the info. I’ve been waiting for awhile for my check now. And this will slow down the stimulus check too.nnHaven’t been the friendliest.nnDana is wonderful though.

I am sorry he is so unorganized and so unprofessional. I am sorry I sold my income tax practice to him. He has done EVERYTHING WRONG! I would not refer my worst enemy to his firm. Awful Service.

I have been with James for 10 plus years . We were in a fix the people we tried before him screwed us. He straightened out our problems. We highly recommend him.

I called multiple times. He never called back. I needed a call back because he issued the 1099 for my employer. I also needed my taxes filed. His rude secretary would not help me. She told me he would file for an extension for me. Did not. Never called back ever. If I could give below a zero, I would!
