Storage units are nice and clean and the office manager was very courteous and understanding.
My experience was very pleasant and everyone was very nice and made it very easy for me to get my personal items and my furniture safe into a storage unit. I have been a customer on several occasions and it seems like you have a great staff in place that is very nice and Professional and they seem to enjoy what they are doing. Signed up for a unit on Sept 30th. Online deal was $1 for 1dt months rent then $36 per month after that. On October 1st got a bill for October. Called and was told that the $1 month was for September......Whata bunch of crooks!
I emptied my unit but someone come along and put stuff in it and I have to pay for the unit so I'm cutting the lock. They won't give refunds
Lowered prices, clean facility, very friendly staff, environment controlled facilities. Pay first month and second month is a $1.
