Pizza portal needs work. A generic pick up time may work 9/10 times, but not when they are behind. I've had multiple 40+ minute order times that puts me waiting for 20+ minutes. And to top it off, they just place the part of the order that is correct to the side while the remaining items are prepared, so the crazy bread was room temperature each of those times. Still the most inconsistent products in fast food.

This was my first time visiting in 3 years. I called asked for a meat lovers a young lady said 10 mins ,, I arrived a young lady said ma’am we are not accepting cards,, I said ma’am don’t you think the logical thing to do was tell me that in the phone. She said ma’am you don’t have any cash? I said no ma’am it’s 2021 I only have my card. The entire staff was looking like I was in the wrong!! Never will I visit this place again!! Very disappointed and they didn’t do anything to satisfy me as a customer!!

Pizza was tasty. Only a ten minute wait. I ordered an extra most bestest and a cheesier cheesier. The cheesier cheesier was quite a bit smaller than the other pizzas. Which is odd because it's $7.

I was so disappointed in the fact that the manager didn't have on a mask. Three of the employees had their mask on under their chin. The young lady fixing the pizzas did not have on any gloves. I called customer service. The representative asked if it was mandatory or required or recommended in my state for employees to wear a mask on the job. When I asked about wearing of gloves. She told me that the 500 degree oven will cook off any germs. I was speechless. I told her that I would not be going back to Little Cesar. It didn't seem to bother her at the least that they were going to lose a customer because of their lack of concern for the health of their customers as well as their employees.

I like using the pizza Portal. Just order online, walk in and grab my pizza and go. So far I haven't had any issues with it or any issues with this location. Always good customer service.
