No one will ever answer the phone, in either office. The lines are backed up in Lanett and you wait for at least an hour. no one gets in a hurry, like they said, we aren't leaving until 5. I just wanted to ask one question. Such rude people. I have no idea if they still send out tax due things & did not get one since Paul took over. Why can't anyone in the courthouse answer a phone? Why did I not receive a notice? How much can an I expect to pay? HELP> I have left messages for a week so no one checks their phones.

The website states open on Wednesday but no one there need to update your website or open as it states so people don’t waste a trip up there for nothing

Always in and out when I go there, and everyone is friendly. Never had to wait once, I went straight to a person.
