I have been calling the office trying to call the IRS No luck with any one I had a better chance going to somebody house or on side of the road to get my taxes done. I filed the 6th of feb they said they want accepting until the 12th COOL. I know plenty that has gotten there taxes back that filed with this business.They said because of my previous tax history an what’s been going on with this pandemic it may take longer Cool to but I gotta letter I called the collection department they said it shouldn’t stop me from getting my refund called the office no help called the 1800 number that’s on my other review they claim there system down This just proved my point that this business was the WORSE mistake I did this year with my taxes first time coming to them iam very disappointed an I want ever be back if they was the last an only place to file I just want be filing. I advise Eveeyone to go esle where cause they ain’t The one or two

ZanquanishanThis is the longest my taxes has took this my first an last year using h&r block. I always wanted to use them in the past an now i have worse mistake every. I go to mrs quen express taxes 21 days your refund will be here i wish i would of just went to her
