I was totally impressed by the professionalism by these young men in their assistance with my parents move. They went way beyond what they told us they would do and showed so much compassion while doing it. If there was more stars available I would give it. Would definitely use again, highly refer. If you need a reference please feel free to have them call us.

Great service and quick movers. Nothing broken during move! That's is the highest compliment I think you can give a moving company. I would definitely recommend to people moving.

These guys were amazing! They were on time, efficient, careful, and great to work with. They made the stress of moving completely stress free! I couldn't recommend this company more!

David Hess sent two boys who were struggling g out to get a 600 deposit from me and not even write a receipt so I called him personally about getting a receipt and the 600 payment and he had got aggressive with me over the phone calling me very bad names and even I have posts from his Facebook him calling me names and saying f me and f BBB he is in Ohio on the run from Tazewell he has ripped so many people off and took there checks by mail stating he didn't get them he has a record on Virginia court case info inpersontating a cop and grand larceny along with drug charges in different areas of Southwest Virginia

Owner initially friendly and seemed to be a good company. This move was for my mother so I was the middle man between the owner and my mother. I received the agreement after 5 on a Friday. My mother and I both work so it was four days after I received the agreement before I was able to meet with her in order to give her a copy of the agreement. I then contacted the owner on that same day regarding providing him with a check and was told he was on his way to his Ohio location but would text me the address in order for my mother to mail the check. At this point my mother and I requested off from work of to prepare for the date agreed upon for the move. I then received an email 3 days following my conversation with the owner that due to not hearing back from me or receiving the $500 downpayment, they booked someone else in the spot that was discussed just 3 days prior. The owner acted as if he didn't remember whether he had spoken with me or not nor about sending me a text with his Ohio address. Bottomline...until your money is in their hands, do not believe you have actually scheduled anything with this company. After voicing my frustration to the owner and being told that I was irresponsible for not sending the payment, I then received and email stating that due to my poor attitude, they were no longer willing to assist with the move. Please find someone else to do your move. thank you.nnI did in fact contact you by phone on the 4th day as I mentioned in my previous post at which time you sent me a text with the Ohio address...I guess verbal conversations with you do not count as contacting you....and thank goodness my mother had just put this check in the mail this morning which allowed me time to reach her in time to have her take it out of the mail because I'm sure you would have likely forgotten our most recent conversation as well. I have however found a moving company with an actual secretary today who will most likely be able to keep track of the people they have spoken with. I think your personality and non professionalism speaks for itself in your response.
