Gerald fought to help me get custody of my daughter and is who I will go to for all my legal matters in the future. He has become a trusted advisor. He is straight forward in regard to whether you have a case or not and is very knowledgeable about how the system works. My wife & I would highly recommend him.

The best attorney period. Mr. Hayden is exceptional. He is professional, calm, empathetic, and provides insight which is crucial especially when dealing with an unjust case. Mr. Hayden is the real deal. He was able to end my case quickly with positive resolution. He exceeded my expectations! Retained Gerald for custody/visitation and he went above and beyond meeting our expectations. After court yesterday we are completely convinced that he is the best custody attorney in southern West Virginia. Mr. Hayden is compassionate, respectful and straight forward when needed. Him and his staff (especially Angie) are the absolute best! He helped me in resolving a parenting plan and I am very happy with the outcome! 10/10 would recommend!
