Best gym ever. Owners are always available and willing to help. Best members. Been a member since 2012. Never worked out a day in my life. It is now a part of my daily routine. Thank you LA East for motivating me to live a healthier lifestyle. I have never felt better. Love my gym family!!!
I love working out here. The F2 program has made me love working out. I’ve tried other gyms before but this one beats them all. A great gym with great owners who will help you with anything you need. Anyone looking for a gym to call home I highly recommend la East!!
Awesome place to workout. Plenty of room and equipment so you rarely have to alter your workout due to someone else using a machine or weights. David (the owner) and other members are always friendly and willing to help or answer questions.
LA East is the best gym around in my opinion! Large free weight area, variety of machines, always friendly people, never overcrowded, very clean, a comfortable environment to work out in! Family owned is the way to go, support your local gym!
Great gym! Everyone is very friendly! I love all of the equipment this gym has to offer. Has something for everyone- cardio, weight machines, and a huge free weights area! Best gym in the area!
