Cannot get through when i call and was supposed to get the pizza 30 minutes ago, A few answers would go a long way,
In town for vacation staying in a hotel. Ordered a pizza and cheese bread. Not only was food hot, delicious, and arrived prior to estimated time, the driver brought plates and extra napkins, something VERY appreciated at a hotel
Ordered online for delivery. Driver called shortly after said he was on the way. Promptly, received our order. Order was accurate and delicious! THANK YOU FOR FANTASTIC SERVICE AND FOOD!
Took 30 minutes longer then said and pizza wasn't made right
Poor. I love Papa Johns pizza but within a month period of October 2017 I have had the worse service I have ever had at any pizza place. This last time I was told that they didn't have pans at the moment. This is when they had the two medium pan pizzas with two toppings for 13.98. So I had to go to Little Caesars. Highly disappointed.
